Requirement:
Establish a physical connection between the programming device and the SIMATIC S7 station and set the PG/PC interface so that the module is accessible. Further help is available in the "Set PG/PC Interface" dialog box.
"Start of Web diagnostics"
Click the "Web diagnostics" button to display the result of the module diagnostics in the Web browser. The content is supplied by the integrated HTTP server of the module.
Start diagnostics in the Web browser in the "Properties > General > Web diagnostics" parameter group.

From the "Access via" list, select the interface via which the CP is addressed.
